c program gauss elimination method

In engineering and science, the solution of linear simultaneous equations is very important. Different analysis such as electronic circuits comprising invariant elements, a network under steady and sinusoidal condition, output of a chemical plant and finding the cost of chemical reactions in such plants require the solution of linear simultaneous equations. In Gauss-Elimination method, these equations are solved by eliminating the unknowns successively. The C program for Gauss elimination method  reduces the system to an  upper triangular matrix  from which the unknowns are derived by the use of backward substitution method. Pivoting, partial or complete, can be done in Gauss Elimination method. So, this method is somewhat superior to the  Gauss Jordan method . This approach, combined with the back substitution, is quite general. It is popularly used and can be well adopted to write a program for  Gauss Elimination Method in C . For this, let us first consider the following thr

Personal Interview Questions

Tell me about yourself Why should I hire you? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Why do you want to work at our company? What is the difference between confidence and over confidence? What is the difference between hard work and smart work? How do you feel about working nights and weekends? Can you work under pressure? Are you willing to relocate or travel? What are your goals? Would you lie for the company? Who has inspired you in your life and why? What was the toughest decision you ever had to make? Have you

What makes you angry?

Sir,I am not a short tempered person but I experience a bit of annoyance when some one disturbs me in between my work without any genuine reason. Basically, it's human nature, it depends how you can control, I can't say a thing makes me angry, but if someone lies or cheat or become rude without any reason, that's feel unconformable for me.

What motivates you to do good job?

Passion and love on my profession motivated me to do this job.  I am very proud to say that my parents are the motives behind me.  They have given me everything now it is my turn to give them and to see happiness in their faces by getting a good job in a reputed company like yours. I am a self-motivated individual. I love putting my all into everything I do and getting the job done correctly. You could say that success is my biggest motivator. Even when doing independent work, I find I am able to stay motivated without superior involvement.

What are your goals?

"I have learned that long-term goals are best achieved when I break them into shorter goals. My short-term goal is to find a position that will put me in a forward-moving company with solid performance and future projections. As part of a team, I want to add value and continue to grow the company. My long-term goal will depend on where the company goes. My plan is to move into a position of responsibility where I can lead a team."

Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes sir definitely, Because I want to build my career so I will give importance to my work rather than location and full-fill my company requirements to have a very long and successful carrier with the same organization it's necessary / imperative to understand the work culture and functions of the organization in different locations because we can get knowledge and experience in different locations, location doesn't matter Job satifaction is important matter,If you give job satifaction to me I am ready to even work on moon.

Can you work under pressure?

Well I believe I work the same if there’s pressure or not. I try and take the emotional factors and work hard regardless of down time. I always prioritize and organize my work and hence that gives me a Psychological advantage over pressure. At times whenever time becomes a constraint I put extra effort and time to meet the deadline. So pressure has nothing to do with my work.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Sir, being a fresher I am likely to be much energetic. I can do the work late night. But I deliberately not prefer late night work unless it is urgent. Rather I will try my best to accomplish my work in the office hours itself. Late night working will rather affect my very efficiency on the next day in office. I do have a family who likes to see me after work and on weekends. They add balance and richness to my life, which in turn helps me be happy and productive at work

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Image
In hard work we continue to work hard to  finish the task without knowing where we need to put our effort which is most important where as In smart work we know where we need to put our efforts to finish the work in mean time

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence

Having an attitude that I can do this work is "confidence" but having a notion that only I can do it is "over confidence". There is a very thin line separating confidence and over confidence. A confident person reaches to a great height and an over confident person falls from a great height. Confidence is when your feelings and beliefs in your competence also match your actual ability. Overconfidence is when your feelings/beliefs exceeds your competence. confident: I seek respect over confident:I seek attention confident: I do mistake but i try not to repeat them over confident:I am too perfect to make any mistake - You hire me today is confidence. - You will hire me today is overconfidence.

4.Why do you want to work at our company?

Actually, we want to cover this question from two important angles. Why are you interested in the company? Why are you interested in the job? Why do you want to work at our company? The main reason for asking this question is to find out how  motivated a candidate is for the job . I.e.: If the candidate has checked up on the company, and know some relevant things about it, and gives an answer that is not BS, but actually honest, then I'm happy.  A good answer will demonstrate a knowledge of the company and industry. That means you must do your homework so that you can identify specific reasons for wanting to work for the firm. These reasons could include one or several of the following: Company general reputation Reputation of key leaders Admiration of products/services Admiration of other company initiatives (marketing campaign, community involvement, training programs) Company awards Company management philosophy Company values Company positioning i

3.What are your strengths and weaknesses?

What are your strengths and weaknesses? Strength is something which gives you advantage over others to achieve something more.
