In firewall settings choose custom ruleset and uncheck do not show popup alerts go to rule sets and after that outgoing only right click and edit the rule and disable filerating and website filtering gotofile rating then file rating settings uncheck enable cloud lookup To block system go to application rules right click and click add then click on "browse' and select running process and select system and block it thereafter add rule by right clicking and choose "ip" as protocol click ok start >> Run >> type 'Services.msc' hit enter  In that Double click on "DNS Client"  Stop the service & Disable it ....  Now u can block Svchost.exe from Internet...  Enjoy !!!! now block it  C:\Windows\System32 svchost.exe
