fbgemm.dll not found or Failed to import pytorch fbgemm.dll or one of its dependencies is missing

 OSError: [WinError 126] The specified module could not be found. Error loading "C:\Users\bumka\AppData\Local\Packages\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.12_qbz5n2kfra8p0\LocalCache\local-packages\Python312\site-packages\torch\lib\fbgemm.dll" or one of its dependencies.

 


Download Dependencies_x64_Release.zip from https://github.com/lucasg/Dependencies/releases/tag/v1.11.1 or x86 if you are 32bit, then unzip and open DependenciesGui.exe, open the fbgemm.dll in DependenciesGui.exe, then it will show which file(s) you lost, after that downloading the file(s) you lost into the same folder as fbgemm.dll, and try to run the code again.

libomp140.x86_64.dll


and pasted in 

C:\Users\bumka\AppData\Local\Packages\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.12_qbz5n2kfra8p0\LocalCache\local-packages\Python312\site-packages\torch\lib
