Emails are blocked with the notification VIRUS (Heuristics.Encrypted.PDF)

 

Resolution

This is because encrypted archives are rejected by default. To unblock it via the admin console, go to: Configure > Global Settings > AS/AV > Antivirus Settings and un-check 'Block encrypted archives.'
