You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

cause: you have the wrong version of PHP modules installed

as the error message clearly states that requires php-common(x86-64) = 7.1.27-1.el7.remi

installed: php-common-7.2.16-1.el7.remi.x86_64 (@remi-php72)

either remove the package by using yum remove php-common-7.2.16-1.el7.remi.x86_64 for all reported errors

or remove the full php using command: yum remove php*

and reinstall php
