Unable to connect via OpenVPN protocol

Cause: wrong media status in TAP adapters advanced settings
Solution: Go to the properties of the TAP adapter in your network control panel.

Right-click it, select "Properties". Click "Configure". Go to the "Advanced" tab,

select "Media Status". Set it to "Always Connected" to apllication controlled
