 in mycase dns was the issue as A record was not reflected in another NS records Someone just pointed out might actually have an issue with DNS configuration, that is causing this. It might not be Google's issue in the end!   It is noted here: https://intodns.com/smokd.co.uk   The DNS glue from registrar reports, a bunch of dnsmadeeasy.com name servers, but non of them respond for smokd.co.uk!!!! That is going to cause intermittent resolution issues. As it effectively random which nameserver clients will try. As 6/8 nameservers fail, high chance of issues!   Its kind luck if it works or not.
